New Manager tips (from the Yorkshire post)

Warnock might have been the type of manager we'd have gone for if we were floundering at the bottom of the table and directionless, not now

It has to be a person who ACCEPTS the model......accepts buying young unknowns......that crosses out a lot of contenders. It will be a YES man , a young raw coach who is grateful to do what is expected

The bleeding obvious. Of course it will have to be someone who shares the vision of the club. And if he doesn't say YES to that, it's pointless applying.

But no, it doesn't have to be a young raw coach. It was the same when Mowbray was appointed. He was about the furthest you can get from 'young' and 'raw'.

It's not that unusual for to appoint head coaches, rather than 'managers'.

As long as they're not Googling "young and raw"

Don’t know why anyone pays attention to the lists bookies put out. It’ll be the same list for any championship club changing manager. There’s nowt in it until a serious rumour takes hold.
