Was told the other week that Cotton Traders are on their way out, as the club haven't spoken to them.

Appears the club have recently had a visit from the MCC suppliers, same company who do the club shop at Lords.

The club shop at Lords is brilliant. Its s proper club shop that has a whole array of items for sale.

Cotton Traders were shite. Good riddance.

the quality was excellent, just wasn't widely available. The club haven't helped matters from what I've been told, not entirely fair to push all the blame on cotton traders. A certain departing member of staff especially.

the problem with DCCC is that at times it feels like its one man and a dog running the show. They dont really look like a club with a lot of human resource and marketing nous, hence the reason for the appointment of the new marketing person.

I could never really get a way with the departing member of staff that you mention (I think we're on the same person). I never really thought that the clubs PR was anything to write home about and they were very stand offish.

I dont think that they will be missed.
