As for the flossing thing. My dentist suggested I use inter-dental brushes. They are the way forward.

Same here which was why this caught my eye when I read the thread. Warm water, add the solution in, run through each nostril and voila, clear nose.

Started to block again so will run through again before bed, see how it goes. High hopes!
