f***ing hell man:lol::lol::lol::lol:

why would you honestly care? i dont even think id care if our away strip was full on black and white stripes other than it would be a f***ing bad colour clash

Bet you wont find anyone else on here who'd agree with that, just shows how out of touch you are with most Sunderland supporters......

Dark grey.

I can remember when Man Utd changed from their grey away strip at half time, in a match at Southampton, because the players couldn't pick out their teammates.

As an aside, I've always fancied the idea of an all black strip with two red/white stripes running from the top of the left hand shoulder to the bottom of the shorts and two thin red/white hoops on the top of the socks.

It's stuck on.

Pity as the ones printed into the fabric look the best, or those foamy transfers like Reg Vardy used to use. The shiny vinyl ones just look a bit cheap, and as they seem to be standard they probably are.

Not exactly what you're describing but I've always loved this keeper top (and the green one of the same design) and thought something similar would make a nice away shirt.

Had that top as a bairn, what a class kit1

It's just stupidity (smells of Margaret Byrne), loads of our fans complaining about it. Why risk upsetting any of our fans? Makes no commercial sense?

Why not go back to letting the fans pick the kit? They'd sell shed loads more (sooner I'm in charge of the club the better.....).

Or at least give Adidas only one instruction, no black and white stripes allowed!

And for those saying it's blue get your eyes tested before you open your mouths again, muppets.
or you could actually go to the club shop like i have and look at it yourself too see its f***ing blue you moron.
Seriously why is it every single thing you post is utter f***ing bollocks?

Just to refuel the discussion - the neck most definitely is black after an inspection from the distance if around 3cms in Debenhams this afternoon. The blue is also much much darker than in the official pics.

This is hilarious. Folks getting nasty with each other over a football kit? Shades/colors/collar styles....its like Woman's Weekly.

There are people starving in the world and wondering where the next meal is coming from and would love to have £50.00 to waste on a football strip. Get a grip. just don't buy it.
