No hes not meant to go for it because only way he can geto it is by wiping out the forward! Its dangerous play regardless if he got the ball in the end!
If a outfield player is shielding a ball can u go thru them to win the ball?
same as saying a defender won a ball first from behind but followed through and took the striker out.
neauer came from behind and through a player to get the ball.
Having a right to go for it is not an argument. The question is was it dangerous or not?Disagree.
Had he planted his feet in position then foul. But he hadn't, neuer had just as much right to go for it.
Every keeper jump is dangerous then. As is aguero blatantly hitting shweinsteigerHaving a right to go for it is not an argument. The question is was it dangerous or not?
So you think it wasn't dangerous?Every keeper jump is dangerous then. As is aguero blatantly hitting shweinsteiger
The point is a outfield player gets red for winning the ball with studs up but a keeper can win it legally with his knee in someones face
Its not reasonable that people are trying to argue thats not dangerous playPut your dummy away man.
At least Bishop Mackem can have a reasoned debate
His knee wasnt in his faceSee what neuer just did there? Striker rightly got out of the way.
You're not really getting it are yaIts not reasonable that people are trying to argue thats not dangerous play
His knee wasnt in his face
No i think they should jump when it doesnt result in killing people along the way, he didnt have a right to go for that legallySo do you think that a keeper shouldn't be able to jump for the ball without it being dangerous or do you think a keeper should jump but hide his knees somewhere?
Your argument its the other players fault for not getting out of the way of the foulYou're not really getting it are ya
