I wouldn't recommend the cheap ones, look for something with at least 3 adjustables as that will make sure your spine is correctly positioned before you lift although I've tried the cheap ones and they do the job but with less comfort.

A cheap shit one would do. Only really need it for my chest session.
If it had an adjustable back rest all the better.

Incline, decline and regular pushups on top of that.

Have seen a lot of homemade timber benches on youtube, and you can still order foam and vinyl covering from fleabay or be a scratter and cut the back of your sofa off

Chest session last night.
Lying on the garage floor doing chest press with the bar and then dumbbells and then flyes. Finished off with decline wide stance push ups.
Wasn't too bad tbh. Still need a bench tho.

Better than doing nowt tho i say, good luck looking for a bench, saw one on ebay last week. a bench and about 40 kgs of them plastic weights for £400 f***ing quid. Nee bids tho
