National league to be void?

You are punishing the teams not yet in promotion places but confident they will be if full fixture list played out, There is not a single solution that is fair to every club in football.
Very true.
The prospect of scrapping 8 months of a season is equally problematic.
Fines, injures, travel costs can’t all be disregarded
Don’t see the point in voiding the season until we have a start date. The best solution would have been a function of the start date. If we start in August, then maybe it’s best to cancel this season and have a full 20/21 season. But if we can’t start till feb 21, then we could have just finished the 19/20 season in feb-apr21 and not had a 20/21 season, jumping straight to 21/22. But don’t see why a decision needed making this week tbh

Hate this phrase as you aren’t mathematically promoted as they could have been deducted points for all kinds of things - racism, attacking officials, financial things, and then not won the league
Organisations seem to be in too big a rush to have a solution.
There is no rush, we don’t know when normality will return, so all these solutions should get no further than being options

No decision has been made by the FA yet with regard to non league

If each league promoted two, but relegated none, then you don’t punish anyone.
You’d end up with some leagues having 4 extra games the next season, which is no big deal

You still have the problem of who the second team is though, and fixture pile ups the year after. For every team like Shields that’s clear cut there’ll be another which is debatable. Just my opinion but it’s less of a hornets nest scrapping the season.

No its not the 'ideal time' as there was never going to be an ideal time for anything as idiotic as a world cup in the middle of a domestic season. This just shines an even brighter light on that. Hopefully both FIFA and the Qatar FA lose more money than they were set to make from that tournament.

Well it doesn’t matter if you like it or not as it’s happening, so as I suggested, let’s try and get a positive from the current situation.

They may well null and void but still make provision to promote and relegate certain teams.

There's a chance a few teams could fold or take voluntary demotion to local leagues due to loss of income. So it's possible a few promotions can be done to equalise the leagues back up
