nah mate, there are plenty on here who are nervous about this one particularly if fee and/or wages are heavy.Probably one of few on here who isn't really that bothered if he signs or not. Good player but he struggles with injuries. Be happy if we were to sign him though.
Tonight ?aye....
No idea mate, just told it was done. I never saw him be he was supposed to have be at the match Sunday.Tonight ?
But we can't see what's happening in the kitchen. You say the Ellis Simms deal proves Everton can get deals done. Surely that means the ellis simms deal also means we know Sunderland can get deals doneI think at the moment we are getting sacked into the speculation. The proof is in the pudding and the pudding ain't been served.

... When they're right deals for us
Welcome aboard NathanBob literally just posted Broadhead not coming back. Somebody is getting told duff info then.......
Good post mate.Tbh, This should be a really easy transfer to make. You've got a player who's 24 yrs old, has barely kicked a competitive ball for his parent club, is constantly injured and is in his final year of his contract.
Whats the hold up? Everton can't command a big fee for him even if they wanted to with Broadheads injury record and his contract running out, besides clearly not wanting him anyway. They took him on pre season and didn't feature.
The Simms deal showed that us and Everton can get deals done so why is this one seemingly taking forever? I suspect Broadhead is probably wanting a long term, lucrative contract to keep himself protected if injuries persist, whilst the club are looking at him more cautiously, you don't want an injury prone player on a 3/4 yr deal.
Time to move on I reckon. We don't even know if he'd be any good at this level and stepping up a league will push him physically.....can his body take it?
A big difference in complexity between simms signing a loan deal and a permanent deal for Broadhead, if this is in fact happening I suspect that hold up is as it was when we signed McGeady from Everton the players pay off from EvertonTbh, This should be a really easy transfer to make. You’ve absolutely no idea how transfer deals are conducted though, me neither I might add, so to say it should be really easy without knowing the procedure is naive. The Simms deal was a loan so perhaps is an easier deal to do, the Simms deal could have been ongoing for months without us knowing and could have been far tougher than the Broadhead one, we might only have entered dialogue with Everton over Broadhead in the last few days for all we know. We simply don’t know whats going on, how long it’s taking and if it will ever be concluded, let’s just see how it pans out.Tbh, This should be a really easy transfer to make. Of course you can have your thoughts and I’ve expressed my thoughts in response!I can still have my thoughts on it.
It's very rare anyone knows the goings on at the club on here, but it shouldn't stop giving thoughts and opinions.
I'll continue to give mine mate, if you don't like it stick me on ignore.
Same as I feel.Probably one of few on here who isn't really that bothered if he signs or not. Good player but he struggles with injuries. Be happy if we were to sign him though.
