Imagine how many tanked up drivers will have passed you luckily without incident.Walked home from the town at daft o'clock on a Sunday morning along it a few times in my youth. I'd be having a word with myself these days for doing it.
Even sober ones tbf. I'd go mad at my kids if they'd walked home along there. Not one of my finest moments, but you think you're invincible when you're young and full of drink.Imagine how many tanked up drivers will have passed you luckily without incident.
Aye. Walked home to Hallfarm a few times from town as a young un pissed. Having one or two more drinks seemed more important than having enough to pay for my taxi sometimes.Even sober ones tbf. Aye , great lad and fit as a butchers dog , both running and cycling , one of nicest lads could meet
When I was a kid it was full of Afghan HoundsI remember the house further up Tunna Hill being a dog kennels. We used to get some canny chases off the bloke.

Done the same to doxy but always went past Sainsbury’s and up vicarage road. f***ing nasty walk in the winter that with just a thin shirt on. Pzazz always won with last drinks or taxi fare.Aye. Pzazz was my down fall too. I didn't have a set route. Once walked up Hylton Road, fell over then went to wash my hands in what I thought was a puddle of water and it was oil. Nee idea what the rest of my route was.Done the same to doxy but always went past Sainsbury’s and up vicarage road. f***ing nasty walk in the winter that with just a thin shirt on. Appleby. That's what they called the folk that had the kennels. Mad how things just come back to you.Oh way before that mate!
That’s correct they used to breed them.
Even crazier that you were going the wrong way too.Disaster of a road. Needs speed bumps.
Ran to silky from town down the hope in a snowstorm absolutely belted one winter. In loafers. Ice skates would have been more useful.
