well impressed by warnock coming on at 2-0 down, to bring his england career up to 26 mins now. will be one of our greatest left backs england have had.

gerard appears to have taken over at quarterback from becks and is not as good as becks doing it. bit unlucky not to score though

foster looked to me as the rightful heir to scott carson and rob green and i am glad he showed his quality in a friendly.

henderson, watched the game go by, in the first half and was a bit unlucky to get booked, however he showed more discipline in holding his position than gerard did.

carroll. well yes he is a handful, yes he looks the part at times but have we not learned the lessons from 1966 onwards, that virtually no top international teams plays this style and i personally felt a bit sorry for the lad.

of course the irony of crouch scoring and continuing his excellent england scoring record, despite most of them goals are scored when england play the mid and lower ranked teams.

is theo walcott totally lost when playing for england now? does he want to be there for capello, after his exclusion from the WC squad? he doesnt look like the same player who turns out for arsenal.

france were worse than england at the world cup, however they got rid of domenech, as capello should have gone and introduced some new players into the team, who appear to know what formation they are playing and how to show it in a game

overall, a standard england performance against a decent team and one last thing.

instead of arranging friendlies in dubai and denmark to play the argies, if they do, when are the FA going to organise a tour of S America, where the next world cup is held, or are we going to be treated with the usual, if we get there, heat, long grass, too many games, etc etc etc

england team 4 out of 10

capello 1 out of 10

as i thought, it wasn't worth much :lol::lol::lol:

Just goes to show what a load of Rubbish we were when a Frog Team of no hopers hammer us ......

Can't understand Crouch's constant omission from important games. He scores goals AND is a targetman who creates for others.

It's all about money with England friendlies.
Nearest they will get to South America pre 2014 will be a couple of Corporate clad Friendlies in the States.
note, The "Argie" friendly is designated as their "home" game- so why don't they play the fucker at The Emirates?
