My Neighbour

The bloke a few doors down is out washing his car. All by himself a good distance from anyone. Am I permitted to shoot him?

There’s a woman across the street from me, has 2 sons in their early 20’s back and forward every day. They don’t live with her, I’m guessing it was her birthday as one of the sons called round yesterday with a card with his lass and bairn. She’s just had a lass that lives at the end of the street round today.

She’s a paramedic, I shit you not.

My next door neighbour is a nurse. Her parents called round earlier, knocked on the door and then went and stood down the drive a few metres away. They were there for about 45 minutes chatting to the family.

once they went I heard her cracking up in the back garden with her husband about how f***ing stupid they were

No, it’s a form of exercise and allowable, shooting is for more serious offenders

Yes
I was taking the piss. My kids have been out this morning drawing chalk stuff on the drive. I see this and car washing as fine. Same as kids having a spell in the street riding their bikes. So long as they are a good distance from people (nobody else was out), and different families do it at different times, I can't see a problem. Some people are confusing being outside with close contact to others. No need to hide under beds for weeks, just be sensible.

My drive will look a right mess now and they have asked me to order some coloured chalk. Still, it will drive the old woman from 3 doors down nuts, as she always wants the street to be prim and proper. It occupied the kids for half an hour.

Absolutely spot on.

There’s a difference between being locked in the house all day and out socialising as normal.

If we are all sensible, ie out walking dogs, running or cycling in a safe way then that is totally fine. Some people would have every one locked away.
Yup. And I suspect a lot of the “lock everyone up” brigade are Fattos who don’t exercise anyway but are popping to the supermarket every other day and getting tri-weekly takeaways.

I don’t want to be a twat here but my neighbour has now just jumped in his car for the 4th time today, I’ve no idea where or what he is doing .

I wish there was a phone line for reporting the ****, I’d say something but he’s twice my size  , beyond a f***ing joke now.

Either ask him or leave it, if the police got calls every time someone left the house regularly their lines would be unreachable.

The ones that baffle me are those who've decide that the middle of a pandemic would be the ideal time to take up exercise outdoors, having never previously shown the slightest interest.
Boredom is most likely the cause.
We deliver groceries twice a week to mother in law, leave it on steps and talk to her through a closed window for 10 mins.
Nothing wrong with that really.
