always found there's nothing much you can do with food poisoning other than keep hydrated and let it run it's course

Just the usual stuff - imodium, rehydration sachets, light diet, etc. If he's still poorly though, don't risk going to the match and passing it on to folks.

If it's food poisoning it's not contagious.

my mates been stuck on the pot for 2 days now with food poisoning. Normally really active in group message etc but we havnt heard a peep from him
