Anyone doing due diligence will want sight of all contracts, which will include the purchase agreement with Short (in case there are contingency clauses with an implication for the club) and the FPP loan agreement. So I don't think it could be that.
Nee shit sherlock!

Burnley are doing absolutely shite just floating about achieving nothing. Burnley’s trophy cabinet will be added too as much as Southend’s in the next decade. Unless they get relegated and win the second division, which in itself is just a bronze medal, or as Keane said, nothing to be proud of.

We’re better off staying in League One then ffs

Grown men calling him "Mucky"

Did they do that when he was putting it on a plate for Quinn at St James?
Exactly! When him & Johnson we’re down the left & Makin & Summerbee down the right with Quinn n Phillips in the middle were the best times I’ve seen apart from the ‘73 cup run & people are gannin on about his car & shit f***ing hell man the man loves the club if he has the backers I’m in, anything is better than Del & Rodney running this shit show

I could muster up £10mill at a push but that would be with a few loans, and i have more than 10 friends that could do the same, lets see what happens in the next few weeks, could be very interesting
Never ceases to amaze me the apparent cross section of society that post on this forum, here’s a person that claim they could muster up £10 million, and the other day I was reading a post from someone who’d had to visit a food bank just to get by.

This. Blokes a safc legend and a local lad. Aye he might love himself but so fuck

There won’t be a Sunderland supporter in the country who wouldn’t swap positions with Burnley, well run, no spivs about, decent players, decent manager, mid premier league, money flowing in, maybe the odd cup run, fuck me they are on another planet to us.

One of the things that held us back was our continuous loaning of players.
We never created any stability, when you have 3 and they depart not only do you have to replace them but also those out of contract.

When you’re not buying players with potential to shift on at a premium it’s no wonder how things have panned out.

I don’t think there was ever much in the way of planning other than season on season.

Buying shit players on top of that didn’t help but the cherry on the top of the cake for me was allowing Defoe to just walk away on a free off the back of the outlay on Altidore.

We’d have probably been better off had we not hung on for so long and gone a few years earlier.

The signs were always there.

Donald’s latest shitfest convinced me Mickey is going to be an important character from here on in.

He’s already been hitting up the papers with the story they offered SD a “break even” price and he rejected it out of hand.

That undermines SD’s “I’m desperate to sell the club” narrative and no doubt got right up Stumpy’s kenk.

Keep em coming Mucky

When did the bit in bold happen? I was under the impression that was a different party.

So you can generate 20 x £5m = £100m provvy loans?
Mint.....job done.....
