Moyes

There's not really a correlation. I'll support the whole time, the same way I've always done with every manager or player. However, I'm unwilling to blindly follow and will question someone if they're making particular decisions. It doesn't lessen my support.
Does according to some of these! They'd follow without criticism if we sleep walked to the championship. I support the club fully but am allowed to have concerns along the way.
5 games in lads, 5 games in...

Biting your negativity spouting tongues is really just far too much to ask for you two isn't it?

No denying he is off to a poor start but as usual on here the context is being completely ignored.

Do those of you who want him out really think anything is going to change long term under a new manager?

What we need is to let things play out with Moyes and support him as far as we possibly can while putting pressure on the owner to move along. That's the only way forward for us now.

@LondonMackem @SAFC_Jack

If you think posting negativity constantly has no consequences, just look at the daily star thread... Becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. The club you love becomes a poison chalice no-one wants to touch

Baffling that some can't see it and do the same every season. Then they'll wonder why things never improve.

Tbh I can see the players getting together and getting rid of him like they did with PDC

They have the power to do so

Eh?

We have a completely different team like, what on earth you on about

Can't keep changing managers at the drop of a hat. Whatever happens need to stick with him, imo. Or its just going to be rinse and repeat all the time.

Well thats not true, as our last manager did really well

Is David Moyes the only option like?

If it looks like we are going down then you sack him, simple.

Not me.

It's you that seem to want Moyes moved on.

I'm happy for him stay.

Who do you want to replace him with?

Are you happy with how he is managing the team like?

I certainly aren't.

Obviously I was on about the players there now

And some of that regime are still there

 You were actually being serious

So Borini, Larsson, Cattermole and O Shea are trouble makers?

Have you heard yourself man, up there with the worst post in SMB history

I'm not happy when we lose or play badly far from it... It spoils my weekend, the missus knows to avoid chatting. Just like most of us on here.

Having said that, I'm able to put things into perspective and see reasons behind stuff at the present moment.

BSA deserting, Moyes lack of preseason, disjointed transfer window, bedding in period, experimentation, new systems, new personnel, new personalities and styles etc, etc...

All reasons I understand and can see leading to the on-pitch situation. I desperately want stability for our club and am willing to back Moyes wholeheartedly as a result. He's as good an option that we'll get, so if it means losing more than we win so be it. Stability overrides everything atm in my book.

But voiding Moyes of any criticism is wrong. It's his decisions that have resulted in us not having suitable back up for Defoe for example.

Getting relegated does not bring stability, it brings the opposite

Sorry but its excuse after excuse, he was nearly in charge of every pre season game, he has had loads of time this summer to do something

He needs to start winning games, simple, its why we are paying him a fortune

Needs more time assuredly before we can adequately assess.

Transfer business, season start and the CYA dour attitude certainly hasn't been inspiring.

If he takes us down, he's likely done and we're likely in serious shit.

If we're adrift come February, major furious walk time for Ellis...

Treating them like scum cos he didn't want the players to eat shite food

That right there is the worst comment on this forum :lol::lol:

No treating staff members like scum

He just got fired from Sky Italia for having racists tattoos and you still defending him

You really are a joke like, luckily you are in a minority, don't need "fans" like you

This a long way off but if he looks like he is taking us down, we sack him, simple

Its why we have stayed up for 10 years, the club is more important than egos, Don't care who the manager is.

He's made some not-so-veiled statements that he was promised players that did not arrive when the window shut.... so not sure that is all his fault.

He did sign off on Mcnair/Love and 8 mil Djiboobies for 3mil Kaberl swap, so certainly not without crosses to bear, mind.
