This problem is easily solved by living to the East of the 167.

What’s a safe distance to be from durham johnston in terms of getting your kid in? Half a mile?

Why do people in Hetton/Houghton pretend they live in Durham?

State of them newbuilds at Browney. Fuck
Me. That kinda ££ for a house in Langley Moor all because it’s a 10 minute drive from Durham

We recently moved from Sunderland to Hunwick, Crook. It's between Bishop - Sunnybrow/Willington

Cracking little village! - Two decent pubs, very few (but great) neighbours, right on the banks of the Wear (couple minutes walk) and literally right on the Bishop/Durham Cycle route.

Brilliant if you're a twitcher/wildlife nut and cyclist like me. Great for the dog too.

Houses rarely come up for sale in our part of the Villiage though.

Hunwick is the correct answer, doesn't matter what the question is. There are some really nice houses on the market at the moment. 2 decent pubs, a thriving club, decent school, loads of walking and cycle rides, River Wear on the doorstep and easy access to the city and the dale.

It’s not Langley moor.....it’s browney. Mental prices like. Our lasses cousin just bought one as his first house.
