He was infuriating but the 3 good games a season stuff is utter crap IMO.

Would say he probably had 1 good game in 3 for us, but even on a bad day he would often still create chances, which is something we've been horrendously lacking all season.
How many times have we had to stick up for him. Some people have no idea at all. It's mental.

Yes. He's not a top 4 player but I'd rather have an entertainer than a non-entity. We replace him with a loan (Borini) who's turned out quite well but I'm still non-plussed as to the reason why he was sold. Either 1) di Canio didn't like him 2) we were up for selling anyone who we got a half decent offer for.

i can't argue with your point about why we sold him, as i dont know any better than you, but there's a myth on here that he's f***ing Batman and Jenna jamieson combined, but since he arrived at safc our league pos went down, and ever since he arrived at WBA theirs has done the same , so all those ideas that selling him was the cause of all our problems are wrong

He opened the scoring in a 3-0 victory, and proceeded to tear his opponents apart. The opponents were us. If you can't even remember games we play in, how exactly are you placed to comment on other games?

Biggest myth ever.
No it's not, it's a fact, his goals for us equate to 1 in 5.38 and his record for WBA is 1 in 6, if that's the level of striker you are craving then u have very low standards. When he was on form he did some brilliant cameos which are remembered but he was largely disappointing, u believe what u want though, no skin off my nose.

One season after they'd over achieved last year isn't really what's implied by ever since. Selling him wasn't necessarily our problem but not really replacing him was and still is.

A fact that he had 3 good games a season? a fact?

He scored 17 goals and got 15 assists in 2 and a half seasons, but he only managed 9 good games?

p.s. he's a not a striker.
