Most fickle fans I've came across us like

Fact imo, just the fact Ljo is getting proper slated now(even seen a few saying get him out) and 2 weeks ago he was a hero. Ffs man give ower.

5 points off 2nd with a game in hand and we still have to play Hull, yes its not looking good but its not over yet.
There's alwAys been numbskulls around. Johnson is far from a world beater and seems to be prone to tinkering maybe but given what he's got to work with its far to early to be calling for him to go. That mentality is the road to perpetual disruptive change. Couldn't see anything other than play offs after Charlton and this is still where we will end up.

Surely not? There’d be warning 1000’s of times a day on here if that was the case. It’s a running theme, they would have to give that warning out everytime.....

I don’t get how it can be inappropriate behaviour. Whether serious or not, if you feel the op is a mag how is that inappropriate behaviour. Sounds like someone on a power trip.
My post deleted.

embarassing whoever it was.

Don't normally come on here after a defeat due to all the daft posts. From heroes to zeroes in 3 games. Fans are very disappointed with this evening but some of the posts are mental. Win next 2 and we will be fantastic again.

Spot on. Our fans change their opinions every week, win at the weekend and everything will be great again according to this place. It’s never been a good forum for balanced arguments/opinions

Must say I agree with this.

But maybe SAFC fans outside this forum maybe not as fickle

However after a defeat its fair play that emotions will be running high

Beat Blackpool on Saturday and then Hull after that and we'll be

'By far the greatest team the world has ever seen'

We'll see

What amazes me (it shouldn't) is the bipolar relationship between the fans and the club.
We are not like.We turn up in our thousands every year when allowed only to be led on by countless false dawns year after year after year and you are suggesting
that it is the fans fault because they express their disillusionment at the reality that another mirage is disappearing over the horizon.
Get real my friend another south sea bubble is about to burst and the investors (fans) are being let down yet again.

We don't have a god given right to success, no matter our fanaticism. The club can't just flick a switch and make it happen.
More t

more than just disappointed. Beaten by a relegation team. Are we near promotion? No! Not even out of play offs !

A team fighting to retain their position and you could see they wanted it. We should have matched them for commitment. They're in the same division as us and they came down from a higher division.

I would never class our support as fickle - far from it
I think the OP maybe confusing the daft knackers on here to our true support

Probably the most fickle team in the league 🤷🏼‍♂️

I can bare the loss to charlton in some ways as our unbeaten run was always going to end and they are challenging for promotion but to follow it up with another abject performance against very poor opponents and concede 2 similar goals is peak Sunderland.

I had low expectations of this season so can’t be too upset. Still got time for a reset before the play offs so see how we go, hopefully the players got a rollicking after the game

was he really portrayed as a hero? There is a difference between being happy with the team winning and believing the Manager is doing a hero job. I think most people with their eyes open know we were lucky at times. Far too often when we were ‘winning’ Burge or a defender was MOTM. Just look at the Tranmere game as an example, they were a division below but arguably the better team.

Cba to read the replies to see if it’s been said, but you started with “fact in my opinion” and that renders the rest of your post, well bollocks.

The top two is over so just relax, it's not going to happen.
