More investment incoming from new owner

You look back now at the people they turned out to be. They sat there in those early days, knowing they had used the club's own money to finalise the deal for the club (but not letting on), knowing that their plan was to flip the club within a year, taking the positive publicity, offering jobs and Big Macs to fawning podcasts. They must have been pissing themselves laughing at us at that stage when they realised fans were offering to refurb the stadium for free.

I agree with you about KLD, I'm not interested in words, just actions, and early signs look quietly really positive.
POTY

And she probably got a very competitive interest rate!

Unlike the 9.14% Southampton are paying MSD (which is even more than SBC were charging us).
Would we have the option of installing an artificial pitch? There are some Scottish clubs with them but I’m unaware of any in English top 4 tiers.

Not allowed. Harrogate had to have a grass pith put in when they got promoted.

9.14%!how the hell did they get away with that?
Not as if Southampton are high risk.
SD’s home has the best lawn in Oxfordshire. Charlie borrows them from time to time- borrows his mate’s transit to nip over for them.
Light haulage?

Obviously he couldn’t come in and start throwing his money about on players, but he’s certainly not f***ing about in splashing it elsewhere.

Nice one, Kyril.

Don't necessarily mind that, I feel that where we are as a club the foundations, infrastructure and commercial streams are what is needed over the players. I know know we all want out of this league and want to see good players but we have has so little long term planning since murray, that the club is mess. We were so badly ran that where we are was always on the cards when our premiership bubble ran out.

Kyril seems to be coming in and addressing some of these, using data to sign players, improving the streams etc so its so far so good for me. He seems to know what is expected, hopefully we will see a good youth set up, top coaches coming and and a strict professional ethos installed throughout the whole club. That to me is a better investment than short term playing staff.

Just a strange set up, cant work it out

he needs financial input from them surely
500k is about 5% of Donald's net worth, whereas it's 0.035% of a conservative estimate of KLDs trust fund. I can't imagine he's pleased that he's the one having to pay for everything, but I doubt he's surprised either.

yeah just grates on me. Can’t help it

they’re getting a total underserved ride on something

I literally just hate them

Artificial pitches are the absolute devil. If you ask anyone in the SPFL who theyd like to see relegated from the 3 contenders the majority will pick Kilmarnock and Hamilton because they both use an artificial pitch.
