More free tickets

You were on the other day giving it the biggun about the lack of stubhub tickets making those who give up their season cards (because of amount of cheap/free tickets) look stupid.

For what it's worth - I think it's ridiculous but then I haven't ridiculed those who sensibly give up season tickets for the sake of cheaper tickets.

Now that's said. Do carry on... ;)

Oh no you di'int

well it clearly has considering the club are, unsurprisingly, offering them all free tickets.

Can you show me where :
A) All of them are offered
B) Anyone said they were giving up because they knew they would get this offer.
C) That it is any more than one match

Take your time.

a) I've no idea how many didn't renew but it was all over Twitter long before you started this thread with numerous people saying they've got free tickets.
b) you know one of the reasons SOME give up their ST was because of cheap tickets such as this offer. Hence why you posted your stubhub thread.
c) We've played ONE home (league) game and already giving away free tickets.

and...

d) They were obviously giving away free tickets last season otherwise there wouldn't be an issue.

Sunderland fans having a go at the club, again.
Justified this time with actual evidence, not the usual shite from arseclowns.[DOUBLEPOST=1378998044][/DOUBLEPOST]

All nonsense and ''all over Twitter'' cannot get better than that.

Received my Liverpool voucher yesterday. Lovely touch. I've been a fan for years and years, even used to go away too pre recesion. It's good to see the club recognise supporters that have perhaps fallen on hard times or that are unable to fork out for tickets at 30 quid plus a game. Ultimately I'm not sure it's the long term answer though and a better option might be to simply lower the ticket prices and make it more attractive and affordable to supporters like myself if they want us to buy regular or season tickets

Nobody has got a free ticket for the game you can't afford, unless I am missing something.
Think of the positives, the match thread on here is a must do experience, RTG should sell tickets for that.

The Peterborough match is by the by.
The fact that the club is chasing fallen fans is the issue.
When I , sadly, become fallen will I get freebies?

To be fair I don't get the impression that the club give a fuck about fans that have fallen on hard times - this seems designed just to try and entice those that can afford tickets but simply haven't bothered into the ground in the hopes they might buy one afterwards. Its good that those who have fallen on hard times can enjoy a match as well like, but I don't think they are really in the club's thinking here, they just want the 15 game tickets to sell well (which is fair enough like)

Yep, pretty much this.

Judging by the evidence, yes, you will get one. I am sure you would prefer to afford a season ticket instead though.
I think it is a fantastic gesture by the club, the Jarvis invite excepted.

I used to think it was a decent gesture, but now I am sick of it.
Not only is a stick to beat us with for cheap laughs, it shows a lack of concern for the diehards ( if that is the right word)

Not only do we get treat like shit - this move STINKS of desperation - we have had 1 home game for fucks sake and now let people in for free - the club is a joke at times........and the away strip is shit..........................AND the beer tastes like the devils own flat piss

I'll have the last laugh, free curry sauce on my £2.50 chips on saturday. These free ticket wankers don;t get that.

Dont get me started on the free curry sauce even the 'rewards' are a piss take - imagine the marketing meeting - 'I know, lets give them a voucher for a free splash of curry sauce if they buy chips' - 'thats f***ing brilliant that heres a 10 grand pay rise and a company car' - f***ing idiots

I don't understand the thinking that because one person gets something that the other should too.
People being a little too precious, the best supporter can hope for is 3 points and therein lies their all to infrequent reward.
