Topper that mate, pity you got rid.

Appreciated mate.
Tree bark, sprayed with silver car paint and glue with various coloured lichen makes an excellent effect.
Thick MDF base board from B&Q and some legs from Ikea with casters on legs made the perfect start base.
Maybe will do another when the youngest wants to build one again maybe. To be honest sad to see it go but the lad wanted space in his bedroom :(

Love stuff like this, sort of runs alongside the military modelling I used to do when I was a young un. Some of the Diorama's you see now are fantastic.
 
Some impressive work here. I have never built scenery, just the working track and a few platforms.

I had a load of that linka stuff when I was younger. Plaster of paris molds to make panels for buildings, thrn clip together and paint. I should stick that on ebay, as I’m never going to use it.
