This. Manufacturers over compensate on the speedometer so they dont get sued by people breaking the speed limit.

mobile ones dont flash, it uses a laser to calculate the speed. 33 on your speedo will be fine (not 33 IN your Speedos)

Everyone speeds then slows down for the camera then speeds again. They will only catch people who don’t have local knowledge or aren’t concentrating.

National guidance is as stated in that link. Easy way to remember is 10%+2 before FPN.

Round here I know Northumbria, Durham, Cleveland and Cumbria stick to NPCC/ACPO guidance
