Missing navigation features

I've recently lost the filter tool that displays in the bar below the title on thread pages, also the pagination at the top and bottom of forum and thread pages.

That's using Chrome in Windows 10 on a Dell XPS laptop, they are present when I switch to Edge browser and ok using Chrome on my mobile.
 


Looks normal here with Chrome/Windows 10 and I can see all of those.

Are you running any ad blockers or anything similar?
 
No adblockers.

My Chrome privacy settings are standard, pop-ups and redirects are blocked.

I've removed the Windscribe extension which had anti-malware setting and there's no change.
