This is spot on only shitty little teams do this, and it will give sky negative shit to show instead of our goals.

What a f***ing heap of shit.

Manchester United supporters are often the worst for it...theres been a couple incidents this season with their fans on the pitch. away to Stoke and away to west brom IIRC...

Are we forgetting about the cup game at Villa park where Man U fans stormed the pitch from 3 sides of the ground.

Apart from that you're spot on. But who gives a fuck about what Sky show anyway, they havent even mentioned our game today. Fuck them.

load of shite. every club has or does do it from time to time

i couldnt care less what sky show. THAT is small time, worrying about f***ing sky, wtf is wrong with ya

How come you can't enjoy yourself without jumping over the fence? Seriously?

Ive never jumped over a fence to celebrate on the pitch at Sunderland. Only done it at Feethams where it was a bit of a tradition to storm the pitch at the last game of every season.

To celebrate with the players and have a laugh.

It's getting off topic so I apologise, but how is worrying how we are seen on TV small time? I would have thought that being self aware and trying to manage our public image (as shit and coldly corporate as that sounds) is exactly the opposite or being small time.

Feethams gets 1500/match, they could probably all get on with no problems, especially if it was once a year. When there are 48000 in, what happens when everybody decides they want to celebrate with the players? What's that about anyway? It never happened at Roker as far as I can remember.

It is basically selfish, inconsiderate and childish, and could in theory damage the club. Will the culprits be paying any fines the club incurs? I won;t hold my breath.

only the small care what people think of them

We want to create a impression of a big club creating a great atmosphere and not looking like a championship club whos greatest achievement is beating a newly promoted heap of shite, then world class players might show more intrested in coming here.

Funny that, because in attending Roker Park for 26 years with several crowds over 50000, beating the mags and some fantastic cup results in that time, I don't ever remember a single pitch invasion, mini or otherwise, to celebrate a goal.

who said to celebrate a goal like?

you may be getting some other posts confused with mine.

Typing error, should be of, not or. Changes the meaning slightly, sorry.

The I suggest you must have fallen asleep a fair few times then - either that or you're a blatant liar.

aye world class teams would never see their fans on the pitch would they

only the small care what people think of them

That's not exactly true though, as teams like Man Utd, Chelsea and, recently, Man City spend millions on Public Relations and managing their public image for the very reason that they care an awful lot about what people think of them.

Your pitch invasions of 15 year old charvs everytime you get a throw-in at the Derby are embarrassing as fuck, nothing to be proud of.
