The George is always popular but it’s a nightmare to get served when it gets busy as the bars are so narrow.
Give the Telephone Exchange and the sports bar opposite the Shard a miss.

Had one in the Old Kings Head, was canny small, already pretty full. Now just riverside at the Old Thameside Inn
