I'm kind of torn on this one. Part of me can identify with their sense of adventure and hope in human nature, but you always have to retain that level of caution & self-preservation when you are in unknown and potentially dangerous environments.

It's a shame really as they were so idealistic, but in this world reality has a habit of jumping in and kicking you in the teeth. Or worse as in this case.

Yeah I thought that. I know there have been multiple reports of them spreading around the "Stans" since they got mostly booted out of Afghanistan by the resurgence of the Taliban, but I'm not aware of them holding specific territories. Time to do a bit more research
