Middle names

My middle name is Lee, was stolen from Lee Majors, who my parents liked as an actor at the time. When working over this way and people see it on my passport, they ask if I am related in anyway to the Chinese.

I organise a lads weekend away every year, I told them all I needed their passport details including full name.
Don't actually need the middle names, I just wanted to see them, a couple of crackers i.e. "Tudor"

Ann without an E

Also a first name where people get confused about the number of B's and C's in it, so I often have to spell that out and I used to have a maiden name that can be spelt two ways, so I had to spell that out as well 🤦‍♀️

My middle name (Paul) is a tribute to my uncle who died before my mam was born. She's also named after him (female equivalent name, obviously).

I only use it on forms. My grandad has two middle names: the first one is the name he and everyone uses all the time as his proper first name was also his dad's name and it saved confusion. Would've been less confusing not to name his son after himself, but that's by the by.

His other middle name is a historical surname from his mother's side, I think: Dinsdale.

Love my middle name, far more than my first name.

I would use it, but the downside is, it would most likely be pronounced incorrectly, and spelled incorrectly as there is a very common (as in well used) name that is similar, and I would get bored correcting people.
I know what your on about

I was named after my grandfather however I'm happy that they didn't go as far as including his middle name of Darling.

I knew I’d never play cricket for England as I only have the one middle name (David - my dads name) and in my era all the England cricketers seemed to have two middle initials. So I made sure that my daughters would not have the same restriction in life and made sure they both had two middle names. Ungrateful little shits have not shown the remotest interest in playing cricket for England.
