    Looks great, space is over-rated.

They look class i think. I cant be arsed with a big house anyway, small and cosy all day.

I'm sitting in a 36m2 double garage right now. It's not small. Easily big enough for a 1 bed apartment.

More people, less space, less resources - small is the way to go.

Definitely better than all the hmo’s That cram 10 people into one house. The problems they create with overflowing bins, cars parked all over the place and a general lack of pride in the area they live.

So it’s a yes from me.

Says they are Cheadle Hulme. Why the hell would you live in a box all the way out there, transport to the city is a joke too. Nice enough there though.
Maybe they know something tram related I don't?

I'd get a two bed in Hulme with parking and share for £800 a month, bunch of pansies, the dealers et al leave you alone and can walk to town in 20-25 mins.

Just checked they are up to nearly a grand a month now from two years ago, hells teeth. Alright then rent a 3 bed house in burnage between 2 for £750

    That £200 - £300 ground rent is a year, not a month

That service charge is outrageous. How can they justify that?!
