It's not even the in-laws just the mother in-law. Her father is sound, just does as he's told (which is part of the problem as her mother needs to be told to shut the fnck up but if I do it I will be the bad bugger)

Been there marra, but I eventually snapped and told the mother in law to shut the fuck up.
 
I've had two sets of in-laws, and all four were fine.

Hope everyone has a good day. Well, not everyone. I could make a long list, but that would be a very negative thing to do on xmas day.
