I used German Car Repairs and Servicing Specialists | Prestige German Cars for my Audi and BMW, worth a call, based in South Shields
Wouldn't recommend these like.

Got some break pads done, asked for the same stock bmw pads because they seemed decent enough, aye confirmed a few times. Had a look when it was done and they were Brembo pads.

They are supposed to be good pads mind (might be better even), but also a canny bit cheaper. So the fact the lied to me to save themselves a bit money I wont be back

So they put better parts on for the same price?

I wouldn’t grumble man

Although I take your point, they've hardly stiffed you by using Brembo pads.

Brembo are a top quality brand and are fitted as original equipment by many manufacturers.

A very good brand but not necessarily better than oe spec.

Depends upon exactly what spec they fitted.

Get your point but you have to realise a Bmw is made up of lots of parts made by people
Brembo, valeo, bosch, hella, ate, mann etc etc so you're getting bmw parts from factors without the box or the price

Deary me.

Do the recerch before you slag the place. As said, brembo are top market pads used as oe parts.

I did do the 'recerch' when I realised.

People on the owners forum said they were a good choice and a cabby bit cheaper than the BMW ones.

Not the point though, asked for one thing and got something different.

Wouldn't trust them with my oil or owt, god's know what they'll put in if it saves them a bit money.

Best going to the dealers then and getting your eyes royally took out. By the way, the dealers pull some canny strokes too....
