It’s likely from inside the ear if you feel pressure. Either way, it needs looking at with an otoscope.

I’m prone to ear infections for some reason.
Antibiotics and painkillers until the infection has cleared.
Don’t use oils or anything else in the meantime as it will only aggravate things.
Get your lugs checked and syringed if necessary in a couple of weeks.

Is the answer. Thinner than other oils so gets in to the parts you need better. Sadly you will still need to book now for a week to 10 days of you putting it in 3 times a day, or they won't touch you. I know from experience, and i feel your frustation. It's a nightmare

If you have a powerful shower, spray it in your ear that usually unblocks it a bit for me. Might need to use some ear drops first to soften the wax.

Using a powerful shower to clean your ears can cause more problems than it solves as the fine hairs in your ear canal can be damaged and this often leads to tinnitus which is a nightmare
