Media coverage on the lads achievement

I’m not bothered what people think and like sneaking in under the radar but it does impact our public profile which isn’t good for advertising algorithms and therefore sponsorship and commercials.. we just need to keep kicking the doors in!

Switzerland borders Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda nowadays.
Aye, you can ski from Switzerland into Kenya. Downhill all the way.
MOTD. What a pile of steaming dog turds.

Barely even spoken about, after the season we've just had, shows just how biased they are. If it was anyone but us they'd be pulling themselves raw to go on about what an achievement it is. Genuinely feels like they dislike even having to mention us.
They DO dislike having to mention us, and as for Shearer and Rooney like the two old farts on The Muppet Show.

13-14 mins in? Rooney thinks we’ll struggle next year
Who gives a shit what the fat mess thinks, he cant even look after himself.

Guardian football weekly , despite having 2 Sunderland fans (glendenning and Jonathan Wilson) ... Spent about 3 mins on Sunderland

First 26 mins was about spurs and West ham
Another 10 mins on pep
Loads of patter about the guard of honour , then a decent chunk on Keith Andrews and Brentford who finished 9th..
I'm actually prepared to cut the Guardian some slack here, because those two, and Louise Taylor, are actually proper journalists who don't let their personal biases get in the way.

Possibly they overcompensate for that at times. I'd have it like that any day though, compared to the absolute state of Hope, Edwards, Douglas and Caulkin. It's particularly funny that the orcs have turned on all four of them as well, and hate them more than we do

Even Mark Goldbridge who by his own admission is not one to sing Sunderland's praises and is one one of you tubes most watched pundits has called out the football media.
Saying it is disgusting the way Le Bris and Sunderland AFC have not been given the recognition of their achievements.
Have a look at his rant on You tube.

Yes very little praise all round and let's not forget, we had half our team away for 6 weeks at the African Nations.

I'll be honest in saying that I'm absolutely fine with the lack of attention and disrespect from the media. Its perfect fuel for what's next. Let them pull themselves off over their favourites - we just go about our business.

Yeah I was a bit disappointed, i’ve listened to that podcast for donkeys years now, and it was pathetic how little they talked about us. There’s nothing wrong with admitting you were wrong lads.

The thing is as well, BG and JW are both MLFs, I thought they’d have really looked forward to giving it the big licks. I still remember Jonathan Wilson tearing up on the podcast when we won the Pizza Cup. Really odd that we got such little discussion time now. You’d honestly think we had no players worthy of any commotion.

he's still an annoying cock though

Pundits saying we will struggle next season.
1 I’d imagine we will buy some players in the transfer window, making us stronger in positions we were weak.
2. We don’t have AFCON as a hindrance
3. The players are primed and ready knowing what to expect from the Premier League after having a season under their belt.
4. I’m not convinced by the promoted teams making a go of it the way Sunderland and Leeds did this year.
