Just been reading the mothers website.. :eek:

I am doing the insulting. However, I’m insulting the pig-headed ignorance of the conspiracy theorist, not parents who have gone through the absolute agony of losing a child. So I’m gonna claim the moral high-ground on this one.

I don't think you understand how this law thing works. It's up to you to provide evidence they did something not evidence that they didn't do something

I'm still waiting for one factual piece of evidence.

Body language is far too open to interpretation and wouldn't and shouldnt stabd up in court.. oh he looks dodgy.. seen his eyes etc.

Well for a start its not up to me to provide anything, im just somewhere who has an opinion, just like yourself. Just because my opinion is different to yours, you cant seem to handle, there is zero evidence of an abduction. How this law thing works, your suggestion insinuates that you need to know how the law works to form opinion? For what irs worth, i do actually have an understanding of how the law works, but its not like we are two lawyers here discussing this, right?

All I've asked for is just a jot of evidence suggesting they had something to do with the deathof their daughter. Just a snippet. Nothing more.

I think it's a fair enough request if what some might perceive as outlandish opinion

Any evidence she may have wandered off. No.. but that doesn't say it can't be discounted.

So ok.. let's go with you in this. What do you think happened and how did they dispose of the body.

No evidence of any intruder entering the apartment
Mccanns going no comment in their interviews, would innocent parents do that
Their initial reaction, they have taken her, they have taken her. Why is that the instant reaction, why not has she wandered off, which you are suggesting.

I've never said they killed her. So wind yer precious neck in. They have got away scot free in neglecting the care of their children which led to one dissappearing for whatever reason.

I have never said there was an abduction.

My somewhat theory is that she woke and wandered off. What happened from there no idea.. knocked down.. person panicked and picked her up and dumped her miles away...

I have no idea but I don't buy into all the other bollocks one iota

I've read a lot of these threads over the years and it's a common theme that the parents did it. The reason I don't believe this theory is because there is no evidence whatsoever that they did.
There is plenty of circumstancial evidence, if evidence is the right word.
If they did kill Maddie either accidentally or deliberately where is the body. Did they go into the local hardware store and buy a spade to bury her? Nobody would think a Brit buying a shovel in Portugal was suspicious. The shop assistant would never remember that when the shit hit the fan.
So really that only leaves abduction as a realistic possibility. Maybe Maddie woke up and went looking for her parents but met her abductor. We don't know but what I do know is I'm not going to accuse the parents of something that heinous, based on nothing but a dislike of them and some strange behaviour after Maddie went missing. They've suffered enough.
 
Just watched the last part... to be honest it just seems like one big horrific shit show... from the initial neglect through to present day.. do I think they did it??? Don't know. As has been previously said there's no evidence to suggest murder, abduction, mishap or anything else. Didn't really know a lot about the case and only watched after reading the thread, but I can see arguments on either side .
in my opinion the Mcanns, tapas crew, police and press made some horrendous mistakes... Regardless of what or who is to blame there is a little lass ( young lady now) who was removed from her family , however that happened, and that's where my thoughts lie. Poor bairn!!
