Had an eventful day yesterday (see post in BLF post), will be heading to Bradford City, Leeds United and Huddersfield Town today.

No beer for me (Day 29) but hoping to watch our U21 Cup final in my hotel room in Huddersfield.

Will post pictures on the bike ride post as and when I can.

Has anyone else Virgin media playing funny buggers on Sky sports everything else is working

As of May 14, 2026, many Virgin Media customers are experiencing significant, widespread issues with TV services, including pixelation and blackouts on Sky Sports channels. This major outage is affecting thousands, with reports of "error checking services" and unwatchable picture quality.
Current Known Problems (May 2026):

• Major Service Outage: Extensive pixelation and channel failures are affecting Sky Sports and other channels, reported as a significant, ongoing incident.
• "Get Sky Sports" Error: Users trying to watch via the app/browser are erroneously seeing "get sky sports" messages, despite having an active subscription.
• UHD/HD Issues: Some users have reported issues with Sky Sports Ultra HD/HD channels, requiring specific 4K compliant HDMI cables (HDCP 2.2).
• Red Button Failures: Accessing interactive, extra, or "red button" Sky Sports games has been reported as problematic.
