Aye. I'm over tomorrow to get some American Pride for one of the lads I normally drink with on Fridays - he can't drive any more after a stroke.
I've still got some Swedish left from last week so I'm planning on giving the pilsner a try as well.

Tried it in The Beer House, or whatever incarnation it was at the time, and found it utterly bland. But each to their own.

The only scotch I have had was in working men clubs in the 90s. I wasn't impressed.

Agreed. Haven't had it since they were selling it off for 40p a pint at the club in Fulwell during the last season at Roker Park.

Never tried Anderson's Scotch.
Lorimer's is just about palatable.
McEwan's was like drinking wattery tar. Vile stuff.
