Nope. Granted Johnson struggled at times but the others seemed fine. The difference for me was simply a lack of quality and a lack of goal scorers. We were too reliant on Fletcher. We needed to bring in a quality striker in January (easier said than done) but ended up bringing in Graham :shock:

In terms of tactics it was defend, keep it tight and hope to nick a goal which resulted in a shocking style of play.

To be fair, there was definetly a trend between MON & Pulis and the scruffy tracksuit on the sidelines did not help either.
 

I dont blame them for telling us to fuck off like, we had a deal with them weve backed away then we go back after selling a player in the same position wise and ask for a loan. Id tell us to fuck off as well.

Maybe we are wanting to use the McClean fee elsewhere, somewhere more pressing, such as full back?

Thats none of there issues though, they arnt there to help us out. Sounds like they need the money and i think £2.5m if thats what it was isnt a whole lot of money for what they see as there home grown gem.
 
Well done Panithinikos for turning down these shitty one year loan deals. Hopefully more clubs will follow suit and put an end to this short sighted approach to picking a football team

This, I always said we would get Peruzzi and Mavrias but was seemingly wrong last week when it seemed both were defo off. time will tell I suppose

hopefully, I think him and Karlsson will make great understudies on the wings as well as giving us the option to bring them on later in games and stretch tired oppositions with their pace.

The way we have messed Mavrias about is a disgrace in all honesty, you couldn't blame the lad if he said fuck off to us after all of this.
