no just an owner who will put that much cash in to fund it..Do we have anyone we could sell for 4-6 million might be a bigger issue?

A player like Turner is exactly what we were missing last season. How many times did one of players clear a set piece with a commanding header? He’s a decent player however he reminds me a little of Michael Turner which is worrying.
Good price for Pompey

Time will tell. He's looked very poor so far and unlikely to be a player who helps the team and scores 20 goals. You can't say he's definitely going to be a success next season. By the same token, I can't say he's definitely going to be a failure and I really hope he isn't. If given the opportunity though I'd get rid, though I doubt that'll happen because nobody will want him for even 50% of our initial outlay. What a stupid idea - wanting your main rivals to sign your 15-20 goals a season man just because he had a bad half season.
your rigt we cant...but we can in the short term..long term we need to generate more of our own revenue..but i think there is a limit to how much of that can happen in league one..What kind of plan is that?? We can’t continually feed the club one way...we can’t keep getting players with no re-sale value.
Dunne was very good in the air however was shocking on the floor. We need two centre halves that weigh more than 5 stone that don’t get outmuscled.A player like Turner is exactly what we were missing last season. How many times did one of players clear a set piece with a commanding header?
Going to piss the league though, based on logical reason whatsoever, I genuinely don’t think we will finish top 6.

well we just sold a player for money that we got last year for free..he must be one of only about three players in the last decade we have made a profit on?Ok but we’re spending more than the whole league combined right now and nobody wants any of these players. When does it magically get fixed...to me we are repeating the same mistakes that led us here! That was my only point.

the big eaerns arent a problem according to the ower-but aye you know better..And then the big earners nobody wants eat up that profit...net loss. The Sunderland model.

They're obviously a bit of a problem. Are they as big of a problem as some on here make out?the big eaerns arent a problem according to the ower-but aye you know better..
For what it's worth, we're signing a striker from Ipswich who could get us 15-20 goals because he had a bad season there...What a stupid idea - wanting your main rivals to sign your 15-20 goals a season man just because he had a bad half season.
That won’t take much doing. They'll be spending a lot of it it on ground improvements (or rather maintenance, they have to spend a fair bit each season to keep FP open).

Ellis Harrison. Decent player, but not sure he'll fire us to promotion.Out of interest who is that? Jackson?
Which game was that ?We got worse as the season went on, the longer Ross worked with the players, the worse we become. Our end to the season was pathetic and we flattered to deceive in so many games.
