Would be interested to see just how fit he is after that sort of injury especially if that's what he's asking for for a signing in fee. He's likely to keep getting niggles for a while yet as he rehabilitates.

'Slightly harsh'? Hes just a kid and hes getting absolutely battered on here by some. Youd think it was a Mags forum the way some of our young players are slated. Hes learning the game and the coaching staff and manager think hes a prospect; give him a chance.

Remember there’s a substantial amount on here thought Colback was better than Henderson. They should have a tick next to their usernames ala Twitter so they and their opinions can be instantly disregarded. How’s about it @Roger ?

Tin hat on here but I reckon Colback will be a better player than Henderson. He offers so much more to the team than Henderson did. His versatility is very useful as well, I thought he was shaky at wing back in the home tie against City but he was immense today. Henderson always had the...

Bloody hell!! I actually thought Colback was good for us but maybe not as good as some.
Reminds of a story told by a mate after he was overheard by his boss slagging off a former colleague.
The boss took him aside and said;
“You know, just because John left yesterday doesn’t automatically make him a shiftless idle ****.
It usually takes about 6 weeks for that to happen....”

Perhaps they shouldn't have played him out of position as a wing back. Ross might think he's Mourinho but that poor lad's nee Antonio Valencia or even an Ashley Young
