He’s already been replaced haha

Nottingham Forest are delighted to announce that Sabri Lamouchi has been appointed as the club’s new head coach.’
Who?!?!?

Unpopular opinion

He'd have kept us up when we sacked him
Maybe going down with ONeill and having him rebuild would have been a better option either way? It was the constant cycle of desperation moves that really screwed the club up.

ONeill is a good manager, but he needs a details man to work alongside him. He was very good with Robertson, but his team-up with Keane was just a disaster waiting to happen.

Guys like ONeill and Moyes can come back, and the game would be better if they did as they were the promising managers of their generation, but they have to do some soul searching and not be afraid to work their way back up. Moyes can still hack it, as he proved at West Ham, but unless Newcastle go for him it’s hard to see him getting another Premier League job. ONeill looks more spent, but if he can find another Robertson I think he could easily come back too.

He used to play for Parma and Inter Milan. I only know that because I recognise his name from championship manager.

He WAS a good manager mate. He's totally lost it and hasn't adapted to the game at all.

I loved him when he first came here, was such a shame it fell apart the way it did. I know it always gets mentioned on here but that 1-1 against 10 man Norwich (for 60 minutes) was a properly cowardly setup, never seen a disadvantaged side have such an easy fame. That showed him up to be a shade of what he once was.
As soon as I heard he was coming minus John Robertson, I realised it was doomed, marra.
