I watched that and I dunno what to think. He speaks well but surely in any business you need to speculate to accumulate and we haven't done this.
If we are successful to an extent on the pitch ie: winning some games. The business side will be better but we haven't invested enough. He didn't mention that.
I Nearly fell ower when he mentions "thinking outside the box " ! A bit David Brent I think.
Those who have seen it what's your views?

A lad from works daughter in law works for the club and was saying that since Bain has come in that there is major cost cutting going on, lay offs etc and there are loads of people fearful for their jobs.

He means having a go at goal from out side the box....no shots this season from outside the box.;)

The things I took from it are...
1) Moyes is here for the long term(right decision IMO).
2) Although he didn't actually say it, I think we are going to knock the concerts and all that shite on the head. Mentioned a couple of times about focusing all the commercial stuff towards things that related to the football side of the business and cutting other things out.
3) Sounds like him and Moyes might be doing talk-ins and actually start interacting with the fans. A good move IMO.
4) The policy now is to sign young players and then sell them on for a profit.

Spent enough just on shite

I think hes immaculate and comes across brilliant, The whole interview however is just tarnished by our current situation and predicament and im sick of hearing the club speak without any change. Hopefully Bain is as good as he speaks and things start to change ASAP.

What did you expect after 3 months like? We were always going to struggle and have years worth of debt to clean up. It's going to get worse before it gets better

We have this every year and the answer is the same every year.

We've spent loads of money. Badly.
