Well I knocked 1:05:00 off my previous PB so if I keep on like that the Kenyans might well get a race

First one for me too, 4:11:02. Didn't beat my primary goal, but better than my secondary one. That'll do. Now sitting in a fog of deep heat with a beer close to hand!

Does anyone know how to find the your split times? Doesn't seem to be out on the motn site and the timing co site don't seem to have it. Any one got a clue?

Splits are up now mate. I did 43.52 first 10k, 48.27 10k to 20k, half marathon in 1.37.21, 20k to 30k in 47.19, 30k to 40k in 52.41. Pretty consistent.

cool, cheers. I thought i'd hit a pb for the 1/2 but was 2 mins out...Not that i was trying, just found the first half quite easy going. I'll take another crack at it in the GNR
