Do you remember the last person that trespassed and what he did ? They shouldn't give them an opportunity they know they shouldn't go in hence the guards etc if they choose to do so, shoot on sight.

The person you're referring to never got inside as far as I remember and his motive was kind of apparent considering what had happened on the bridge just before.
