Anyone reckon that Pellegrini has picked di Michelis in midfield to do a job on Oscar and Mourinho's counteracted this by leaving him on the bench?

It's either that or he's got him in to sit at all times so Toure isn't held back doing that job.

Aye, it could be that as well. I'm assuming Fernandinho is injured as he's not on the bench. Milner must be getting pissed off if a veteran centre back is getting a midfield start ahead of him though.

They'll play 4 at the back mate, Luiz will play midfield. Although Matic will play deeper than Oscar usually does.

Yeh, they'll play 4 at the back. A natural centre back just in front of the back 4 and then a natural defensive midfielder just in front of him. Ramires will be in centre midfield but no-where near as far forward as Oscar. Full backs will not get forward as per usual and Hazard, Willian and Eto'o will is isolated up front. Called it here. 0-0.

Mourinho will be over the moon with 0-0 and more often than not he gets the result he wants out of these games so its hard to back against him. I just think this Man City side are too good though and an early goal will shatter any plans that the 2 managers had and end up being a very open game. I hope for everyone's sake that I'm right
