All this 'outwitted' 'out thought' is a load of bollocks really. Its hardly like Man City never created nowt. They could have quite easily scored another 4 tonight if they had there shooting boots on
One shot on target in the second half, wasn't it? Two in total?

City are beatable. They're shaky when teams have a go at them (see: Blackburn, Cardiff, Watford). We can do it.

I do think a lot of teams are in awe of the and automatically expect City to win, therefore they go on to win.

I have always thought that Chelsea are vulnerable in defence (we managed to score 3 goals against them), but tonight, I think Chelsea wanted it more, they were first to every second ball and thoroughly deserved the win.

Having watched tonight, I have come to the conclusion that the final is not a total write off! Even though we are under dogs on 2nd March, I really think if we go out there with a positive mind set, we have a chance. A slim chance, admittedly, but still it is a chance for a win! Possibly a Trophy! A place in Europe!!!

Eh? If anyone should have scored more it was Chelsea. They were superb.

I am not saying Chelsea shouldnt have scored more. It was two very good teams who both created chances, Chelsea took one of there's, Man City never.

I just think people look to deep into things sometimes with this 'Outwitted' 'Came with a plan' etc etc stuff[DOUBLEPOST=1391466449][/DOUBLEPOST]

Bad day in front of goal, they had the chances though. Just cos the target wasnt hit doenst mean they were not chances

You're looking too much at the scoreline, which suggests a close game.

It wasn't. Chelsea dominated.

and who would have supplied the crosses?
The thing with city though is they usually play through the centre with nasri and silva behind. Navas doesnt fit there normal formation, they dont play natural wingers. Plus most his crosses were straight into a defender

Well City have been playing out of shape all season then - cos every time I see them Navas and Kolarov are banging in the crosses from both sides. City come at you from all angles - their problem today was that against an excellently coached, tactically disciplined chelsea side , the absence of Aguero and Fernandinho was too much of a handicap.

They created chances, but City really seem to struggle against teams who don't let them have space and time. Chelsea showed better work rate, closed down more and pissed higher up the pitch. City are so used to dominating the middle they regard flank play as an afterthought.
It wasnt like they never created any chances was it?[DOUBLEPOST=1391464653][/DOUBLEPOST]

Difference in personal between Chelsea and Sunderland could make that rather tricky;)
