2 good squeezes garlic paste
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of ginger paste
1 big stablespoon of seame oil
Few chili flakes
Mix it up ready
Cook meat in hot wok , oil and a bit sesame oil. When 3/4 done chuck sauce in,good stir then drop heat and cover and simmer for a while .
Chuck other stuff in after and regulate heat to suit
Quite a tasty kick without being over board

Yep... Had one tonight..That's the thing for me, you need veg in a stir fry. A combo of chillis, onion, spring onion, mushrooms, babycorn, peppers, carrot, courgette, pak/bok choi, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, beansprouts etc. Use 4 to 6 of them, at least.
