Mags suing Milan?

100% absolute clown too not pick that up,
plus Tonali a right snake and stayed quiet, he could of been honest and held his hand up just sums up the type of lad he is.
If Sandro has knowingly signed a contract he knew he couldn't fully honour becuase a ban was pending...then still continued the illegal behaviour after the fact ... could be grounds of breach of contract ( or worse ...fraud )

That's what could be meant by internal investigation

good point-but that implies a legal action between the player and newcastle-not milan-unless they had simialr fore knowledge?

Ashworth never really stated action against Milan...but did state internal investigation

Who knew what and when...burden of proof and the audit trail ... Milan or more likely the player look bang in trouble

yeah and then "foreknowledge" becomes difficult to prove..I mean knowing the player likes a bet is not the same as knowing he has a ban coming...or that he has been caught..

This will muddy the waters for Milan... but from the players point of view...hes was in control of the process, if the reports about PL investigations are true in relation to betting after the Italian fa's own investigation was ramping up .. or had enough evidence to ban ... that looks damning

Dislike howey but he was going for it, saying it must have been common knowledge in squad etc.
Seemed fellow presenters didnt want to speculate so much!!
Yeah he did say someone at nufc must have known by way his mood was as in if he’d won be full of it or if lost be miserable as fcuk

Except his country sent him home at the first sniff, the only other team in a position to play him. But yeah, as long as you could play him clearly EVERY club would do so no matter what he's done. And every one of those clubs would give him a standing ovation and lap of honour to support him. FFS I can't figure out whether while sportswashing for your evil overlords, you are actually forgetting that it's all lies.
I know it’s lies. He isn’t, in my opinion, an addict either. If he is it will be worse than thought as he will have been betting in England as well.
I think any club would have played him. You don’t. That’s fair enough. We all entitled to an opinion.
That's not what I asked.
Will the stinkers still support him and give him laps of honour?🤔
Stinkers 😁

It's obviously hilarious given who it's happening to, but it raises questions: is there a way to find out if a player is under investigation so the due diligence is up to the buying club, or does the selling club and/or relevant governing body have an obligation to disclose it?

I would imagine that if he was asked directly then he would be legally obliged to answer.

Morality. Given over man. He cheated. He is rightly punished. Every club would select the player until officially unavailable for selection.
Yeah because In every walk of life when an employee is found to be cheating in their employment they are allowed to continue working till everything is rubber stamped.

It's a funny one like, to show he's a genuine addict and keep the mugs onside he'd have continued betting over here, a flight to the uk won't cure you.
Yet if he has continued its only gonna get worse.
Fantastic all round.
(If he has genuine issues I hope he gets sorted but personally I think it's a punishment reduction exercise)
