1. I requested my brain scan results from 2020 from my doctor, but apparently they have no knowledge of them.
2. Went to book an eye test at Specsavers and hey ho, they say I'm not registered with them.
3. Cannot get into my leccy account with the correct log in.

Don't know how databases work, so maybe everything is connected.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you’re trying to blame everyone else for your mistakes.
It's a technical question, I cannot see anything that lays blame at any individuals feet. In addition, how could I have made a mistake on a database I have no access to?

The answer to the “brain scan” will answer all the observations you’ve posted in the OP.

2. Do you have to be registered with Specsavers, I just walked in and organised an appointment when I needed one.

3. Just request a password reset if you’re registered.

I’m reasonably confident in stating that a public sector organisation in the NHS has no database links to spec savers or an energy company given that different NHS trusts have bother sharing data between them.

It sounds like you're in a Philip K Dick novel marra 🫨

Do you have a copy of your prescription from your last visit to speccy's?
