Macro, best editing software

Not been here for a long time, love my close ups, but everything I have seems clunky to edit, just magnifying and cropping, whats decent out there to do this?

Capture one for me, but I dont think you can do focus stacking, panos, etc.
Free trials are available for C1, worth trying if you havent.
