The batsmen are just swinging the bat now, can see this being over before tea. 67 for seven and a strong LBW appeal turned down. Rushy now coming in for his twentieth consecutive over ....
 
No bowler has ever taken 18 in a match in the history of first class cricket. (I know Laker took 19 but nobody else has more than 17)

I hope they are sending out for new jugs in the bar.

But surely he's broken records for wickets in a session, and maybe in a day?

So whatever he should have something to show for this
 
Chase takes a wicket with his second ball. Rousing ton who was attacking, and the last recognised batsman goes for 22. Now 78 for eight. They've now lost 18 wickets for 111 runs!
 
Somebody tweet what I said to the commentators please? Suppose they'll catch up eventually.

The 18 wickets in a match was in a 12 a side game in 1861. Not genuine first class.
