What is it with us losing wickets on the stroke of a break?

Reckon another 50 or so would be just the ticket - I'd be happy if they had to make the highest score of the innings to beat us.

What do we reckon now then? Good last stand that and we may already have enough but I would continue to 350 if we can get there then try and up the rate and if we get out so what.

Well, I've just been informed that statistically more wickets fall in the last over of a session than at any other time during a match ..... just saying like ..... especially as two of ours went in this innings .....

Surely got enough already
With 138 overs still to play I'm afraid I'd definitely err on the side of caution. Weather conditions for tomorrow suggest it's going to be similar today - I reckon let's play safe and at least have a draw. With Lancs in all sorts of trouble every point we get now takes us a step closer to safety ...

Big John now coming to the crease ....

G'wan GM lad! Now for the ton ;).

345 lead, new ball due.
Shut it Brandon man ..... you'll be putting the kiss of death on him! 355 the lead, but our batsmen are not looking comfortable. I expect Rushy and Big John are begging to get on and have a go at them ......

Fifty partnership ...... 369 ahead ....

And immediately broken as Hastings falls ......
