As someone who goes to about 12 matches a year (mainly away) - how do you get loyalty points - I buy tickets against my membership but no points allocated.


Anyone clarify for me??

You need to be either a season ticket holder or a UK member (that's different from simply having an account number).

Your points will accrue but only be allocated when/if you purchase a season ticket (if you have purchased a membership as GoM has said above)
. May not be what you want to hear but thats how it is
